Privacy
What this website collects, what it does not, and how to reach us about your data.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Current version. This page describes how BrandWater AI works today. It is updated as the service launches, and the date above shows the latest version.
The short version
This is a marketing website. It does not ask you to create an account and does not run advertising trackers. Optional analytics load only if you accept them.
By default the only things it stores in your browser are your light or dark theme choice and a record of your cookie choice.
Signing in to the BrandWater AI product happens in a separate app, which has its own account data handling.
What we collect
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write, including any brand, website and platforms you mention. We use it to reply, and we ask you to confirm that before the form sends.
Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider acting for us. They are used to reply to you and are not used for advertising.
If you accept analytics, we receive anonymised page visit counts. We do not use analytics for advertising or share it for advertising.
Hosting and network providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.
What is stored in your browser
- Theme preference (bw-theme, local storage). Stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Cookie choice (bw_consent, first-party cookie, up to 180 days). Records whether you allowed analytics.
- Optional analytics cookies (for example _ga). Set only after you allow analytics, and removed if you withdraw.
- No advertising cookies.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on the Cookie settings page. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decision not to allow optional analytics.
Third parties and links
Pages link to external sources, for example when we cite a statistic. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Fonts and images used by this site are served from the site itself.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing hello@brandwaterai.in. Indian users can also read our DPDP Act page.
Changes
If we add accounts, analytics or payments, we will update this page first and explain what changes.
